01 / Business Operations Assessment

How does the work run today?

A private, 12-question reflection across People, Processes, Systems and Technology. It is a discussion aid, not an audit.

Answers stay in this browser; they are not saved or sent. Do not enter names, health information, credentials, secrets, or confidential details.

02 / Workflow Savings Calculator

Estimate capacity in a repeated task.

Adjust assumptions to estimate hours released and their labor-value equivalent. Estimates do not guarantee cash savings.

Estimate

Potential capacity released

1.05hours per week
Estimated annual hours released
54.6
Annual labor-value equivalent
$1,638
Estimated first-year net value
Enter both optional cost assumptions to calculate.

Based on the defaults shown. Change the inputs to explore assumptions.

Released capacity is not a payroll reduction or guaranteed cash saving. Value depends on implementation, task quality, adoption, and how released time is used.

How the estimate is calculated

Annual task hours = employees × weekly hours per employee × working weeks.

Annual hours released = annual task hours × automatable share × realization share.

Annual labor-value equivalent = annual hours released × hourly labor cost. Net value is shown only when both optional cost assumptions are provided.

03 / Website & Systems Readiness Checker

Reflect on the digital environment around your work.

A guided self-review of customer-facing technology and operating systems. It does not scan your website or test for security vulnerabilities.

7 categories · 14 questions · about 4 minutes

Rate each answer from 0 to 3: Not in place yet = 0; Inconsistent = 1; Usually works = 2; Reviewed and maintained = 3. Each category averages two answers; the overall score averages the seven categories. Responses stay in this browser and are not saved or sent.

This self-reflection is not a security scan, accessibility audit, compliance assessment, or professional advice.

04 / Project Cost Estimator

Explore approved starting prices.

Choose a service and direction. Complexity frames scope; it does not change the published starting price.

Capabilities to consider (optional)

Preliminary planning estimate — not a binding quotation.

Select a service

Starting price appears when you choose a service.

Scope, complexity, and requirements are confirmed before work begins.

Scope drivers to discuss

  • Required outcomes and acceptance criteria
  • Current systems, data, and integration needs
  • Roles, security, migration, and ongoing ownership
Ask about this service

Starting prices are approved entry points. The estimator does not calculate a custom quote or apply complexity multipliers.
