The Contact page accepts inquiries only when the secure delivery service is available. When available, the form sends the details you provide to Bell Cook Consulting at info@bellcookinc.com to review and respond. Do not submit protected health information, medical records, passwords, credentials, or other confidential material.

AI Business Advisor

If you use the AI Business Advisor, messages in the current conversation are sent to OpenAI through its API to generate responses. This website does not write advisor messages to a database, logs, analytics, or session storage. Messages remain in your browser tab until you reset the conversation or close the page; sending a new question includes recent conversation context. OpenAI processes API data under its API privacy and retention terms. Bell Cook does not use these messages to train models. Do not submit names, patient or health information, credentials, payment details, or confidential records. No account is required.

Information in an inquiry

The form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and a short project description. Business name, phone number and preferred contact method are optional. Provide only information needed for an initial discussion.

Delivery and access

The website sends each inquiry to the Bell Cook mailbox using encrypted SMTP with Namecheap Private Email. Reply-To is set to the email address you provide. The form is not an ongoing consulting engagement.

Storage and retention

The website does not store inquiry bodies in a database or write them to application logs. Submission tokens and rate-limit counters are held temporarily in application memory and expire within 30 minutes and 10 minutes respectively. The web server's technical access logs can include network addresses, requested paths, browser information, status codes and request timing; they do not include the inquiry body. The inquiry email is retained in the business mailbox under its mailbox settings and is handled by the business after receipt. Namecheap processes the message for delivery as the email service provider.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies or send interaction events to an analytics service. Search queries are processed in your browser. Website fonts and page assets are served by this website.
